Web Data Aggregator
Emma Sleep GmBH, a German company, wanted to develop a web application that consolidates data from multiple third-party applications for easier management and viewing of data. This aids their support agents in assessing customer complaints by cross-examining the query to a single web app (our app) instead of three or more websites. The version 1.0 of the application has since been deployed and we are continuously developing the version 2.0.
Web Data Aggregator App
It gathers and organizes data from various sources on the internet. The app then presents this data in a user-friendly format, allowing users to easily access and view the information they are interested in.
Information overload
With so much data available on the internet, it can be overwhelming for users to keep track . It can help users filter data so that they can easily access the content.
Save time and effort
Having all the information they need in one place, user don’t have to visit multiple websites to get the information they need. This can save time and effort for the user.
Administration
This module is responsible for managing the app by allowing the administrator to add, edit or delete sources, manage users, and other administrative tasks.
Push Notification Module
The push notification module is typically integrated with the data collection module, which gathers new data from the internet. When new data becomes available, the module sends a notification to the user’s device, alerting them that new content is available for them to view within the app.
Customizable notifications
Users can select the types of notifications they want to receive, such as breaking news, weather alerts, or stock updates.
Personalized content
Users can select specific sources and topics to follow, and receive notifications only for the content that is relevant to them.
Notification Control
Users can control the number of notifications they receive, and can turn them off completely if they choose.
Multi-language support
Users can receive notifications in multiple languages depending on the language of the source from where the news is coming from.
Analytics Module
It can use this data to create usage reports, track user engagement and retention, and inform decisions about future feature development. It can also track the performance of the app, such as identifying issues with the data collection process, or identifying areas where the user interface could be improved.
The analytics module can also use data from the app to create user profiles, which can be used to provide more personalized content, such as recommending sources or topics that are likely to be of interest to the user.
This module may include features such as:
User-level data tracking
Tracking how many views, clicks, and other user interactions with the app.
Retention and engagement metrics
Tracking how often users come back to the app and how long they spend using it.
User behavior segmentation
Grouping users based on their behavior and preferences.
A/B testing
Running tests to see how different features or layouts perform.
Data Storage
It is responsible for storing the processed data in a database or other storage system, and make it accessible by the app. This module is responsible for managing the data, including organizing, indexing, and retrieving the data as needed.
Support
Online Training and Support
We provide online support via Teamviewer, given your PC has an internet connection to fix your problem in a timely manner. Our engineers are ready to support you during business hours.
Onsite support can also be requested and given with additional costs to be billed to the client. We provide retraining to employees onsite on a per-request basis.
Inquiries and Concerns
During business hours, our staffs are available to help you out with your concerns through messaging platforms such as SMS, Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp, and Email.
Cento Software Solutions, Inc., is open Mondays to Fridays, 9 AM to 5 PM. We will still try our best to respond to you on off-hours, but there might be reasonable delays.
